Generally the service is good but should have had a car from enterprise which wasn't delivered, fortunately another customer had cancelled which meant there was a car available but could have potentially been a bigger issue.

My only issue was that my car was imo dirtier when I picked it up than it was when I left it. The wheels and tyres were excellent, but there was a lot of dirty water droplet marks suggesting it had not been dried properly.

It would have been 5. I was also advised that an oil leak fix was needed and would cost c.£440. Had the advisor looked and seen I had x2 warranties that may have covered this without me remembering I had them & to ask, I would have awarded a 5 here.

The service was good and staff friendly. The only gripe I had was that my phone had been disconnected by whatever they did during the recall. Hence when I drove away I could not use the phone- it took a while to work out how to re-link it to the car.

I always feel stressed when I'm there. It seems like they prioritize making more money over ensuring customer satisfaction. I had two issues I wanted them to check, and they quoted me £300 just to diagnose the problems. That's ridiculously expensive.

They was able to rectify a problem another BMW Dealership had caused. Chelmsford BMW Dealership left my exhaust not bolted on properly from previous repairs. Would always prefer BMW Colchester now.
